| Celebrating men in our community Who have displayed strength of good character. Whose strength has made a positive impact in our community. Who are positive role models in their work and in their lives The men selected to be honored walk the fashion runway in men's styles from JCPenney. They will be presented with RCVCC's "Jay Hatcher Men of Strength and Style" award. Jay was an Abilene Police Detective and President of the RCVCC Board of Directors when he was killed in an explosion in 2000. He was a man of good character who used his strength for good. |
