Celebrating men in our community
Who have displayed strength of good character.
Whose strength has made a positive impact in our
community.  Who are positive role models in their work
and in their lives

The men selected to be honored walk the fashion runway
in men's styles from JCPenney.

They will be presented with RCVCC's "Jay Hatcher Men of
Strength and Style" award.
Jay was an Abilene Police
Detective and President of the RCVCC Board of Directors
when he was killed in an explosion in 2000.  He was a
man of good character who used his strength for good.
